On HelloHealth, you can easily book appointments with any Provider*.
There are multiple ways to book an appointment. From The:
- Dashboard clicking on the
button under ‘My Doctors’ or ‘Upcoming Appointments’. - The appointments tab from the menu.
However, the booking process is the same regardless of where you start the process.
How to book an appointment
Follow the following steps to book an appointment:
Step 1
Click on ‘Appointments’ on the menu. The page, by default, lists your appointments for the current day.
Step 2
Click on seen on the top-right part of the Appointments screen or
Note: From the drop-down highlighted in the above image, you may select ‘Upcoming Appointments’ to view future appointments, and ‘All Appointments’ to see all past and future Appointments.
Step 3
The Provider Search page appears which lists all the doctors. Providers whom you have marked as favorites will be displayed by default. You can search for a provider using their first name or last name.
Step 4
Once you find your doctor from the list, click on beside their name.
Step 5
Pick the location and appointment type, enter your appointment reason, and click on ‘next’.
Step 6
You will then see the available timeslots and select the one you want.
Step 7
On the overview screen, you should be able to see your appointment details before you confirm your appointment. Once you have checked everything you can click on ‘Confirm’.
If you’re using insurance and have a co-pay, on the overview screen you can settle your co-pay using your card in-app or pay cash, then click on ‘Pay & Confirm’.
Step 8
After a successful booking, you will see a confirmation page on the screen and receive a confirmation text or email.
*Should your provider not offer online appointment booking, you cannot make appointments from the HelloHealth app.
