How to Add a Family Member
1. Go to ‘My Profile’ page and click on ‘Family Members’ tab which is beside the Insurance tab.
2. Click on ‘Add Family Member’.
3. Provide all the required demographic details and click on ‘Save Changes’.
How to Switch Account to a Family Member
Your account can be switched to another member of your family by clicking on their profile image appearing on the right side of your image (see Image below). The system will ask for a confirmation. Click on Ok and all records and information will be switched to the selected member.
