On HelloHealth you have the convenience of accessing your health records 24/7. You can view and analyze your medications, procedures, immunization records, allergies, vitals, etc. on the go.

Follow these steps to access your health records:

Step 1

Sign in to HelloHealth.

Step 2

Click on ‘Health Record’. Your health records will thereafter appear.

Step 3

Click on the records you want to view.

Note: Your Health record information can only be edited by your provider. Contact them for any queries.

Step 4

You can click on the refresh button to see the latest records.

How to access Clinical Documents

The Clinical document in HelloHealth gives you access to the following:

Clinical Summary

The Clinical Summary section allows you to view your health records in a consolidated format.

Follow these steps to view your clinical summary:

Step 1

The clinical summary tab will be shown by default when you click ‘Clinical Documents’. Select the date range you want to see.

Step 2 

Select the Practice, if you go to multiple practices, they will show up on the drop-down and you will select the one of your choice.

Step 3

Click ‘View’ and wait for the system to show your details.

You do have the ability to download your clinical records

Visit Notes

The visit notes section gives you access to the notes that your provider shares with you.

To view your visit notes, follow these steps:

Step 1

Click on ‘Clinical Documents’ and then ‘Visit Notes’

Step 2

Select the Practice, if you go to multiple practices, they will show up on the drop-down and you will select the one of your choice.

Note: Contact your provider to share your notes with if they are not here.

Step 3

Access the visit note from the list of notes displayed.

All Documents

The All Documents section has a repository of documents from your provider, for you to access.

To view the documents your provider shared with you, follow these steps:

Step 1

Click on ‘Clinical Documents’ and then ‘All Documents’.

Step 2

Select the Practice, if you go to multiple practices, they will show up on the drop-down and you will select the one of your choice.

Step 3

Choose the date range you want to see and click ‘View’.

Note: Please contact your provider if you do not find your documents.
