Virtual Check-in
When enabled, Virtual check-in allows you to check-in for your appointment ahead of time and fill out any forms related to your appointment. This ensures you don’t have to fill out any paperwork at the provider’s office.
How to Virtually Check-in
The virtual check-in option is available on mobile and the web version of HelloHealth.
Follow the following steps to virtually check-in:
Step 1
Open the appointment tab and click on ‘view’ to expand the Appointment details page.
Step 2
On the appointment details page, you can find the check-in option enabled on the top right quadrant of the web version and the bottom of the screen on mobile.
Step 3
Click the ‘Check-in’ button. A pop-up will appear for you to confirm check-in. Click on Yes.
Step 4
If you have any forms needing to be filled out, they will appear for you to fill out. Go through the forms, fill them out and once you are done, click on “Submit” to submit your form.
Once you have filled out a form, you will see a green tick to indicate that the form has been filled.
Step 5
After filling out the forms, click on ‘Check-in’.
A check-in success message will appear, completing the virtual check-in process.
