How do I reset my password?
Forgetting your password is something that can happen to anyone, HelloHealth makes it easy for you to reset your password so you can continue using your patient portal.
Follow these steps to reset your password:
Step 1
From the HelloHealth ‘Sign In’ page, click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ option.
Step 2
Enter the email address you used to create your HelloHealth account in the Email field and click on ‘Reset Password’.
Step 3
A One-time PIN (OTP) will be sent to your registered email address and cellphone number. Enter the OTP received as soon as you can as it expires in 90 seconds.
Once an OTP expires, or if you did not receive one, you can have it resent to you. Once an OTP expires, you can not reuse it.
Step 4
After verifying your one-time PIN, you will now be able to create a new Password.
Enter the new password in both fields and make sure the fields match. Once you’ve done so, click on ‘Reset Password’.
Step 5
You will be taken back to the Sign In Page where you can see the message ‘Password Reset Successfully. Please Login’.
Changing your password
Besides resetting, you can change your password inside the app without clicking on ‘Forgot Password’.
Follow these steps to change your password:
Step 1
Click on ‘Profile Settings’ and then on ‘Change Password’.
Step 2
Enter your current password followed by your new one twice.
Step 3
After confirming your new password, click on the ‘Change Password’ to confirm the password change.
